I received TIMKON details from a friend who regularly refers them within their company who deal with property maintenance. I found TIMKON very helpful, polite & consistent throughout the whole process. They were very accommodating & understanding whilst making arrangements for the works with the tenant over the Christmas period to minimise disruption. Lisa of TIMKON managed the process & gave me realistic time frames as to when the works would start & finish. The onsite team were clean & efficient & completed the work on time. Additional works were required & the team returned & completed items as agreed. Lisa was very supportive, patient & highly knowledgeable.
